Closing the Digital Divide in Latino Communities! ASPIRA's CTC's are designed to develop a replicable model program that will demonstrate the effectiveness of access to technology and the Internet by economic disadvantaged, mostly Latino inner-city children, youth and adults. Centers will significantly increase the educational attainment, academic progress and social and cultural enrichment of children and students and to provide opportunities for educational advancement, access to services, national communications, and job/career/business opportunities for adults.
